About the Role:

We are seeking a collaborative and driven Business Systems Manager who is looking to play a key role in driving business transformation, process improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.

Reporting into the Head of Business Systems and playing a critical role in leading business systems functions, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and develop the Business Systems team across Business Analysis, IT and HSEQ, ensuring effective planning, prioritisation and resource allocation across business-critical support, system improvements, transformation initiatives and governance activities.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify improvement opportunities, translate business requirements into practical process, systems and technology solutions, and drive the successful planning, delivery, implementation and adoption of business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain effective governance and compliance frameworks, including responsibility for the Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO accreditation requirements i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and external audit activities.




- Identify, assess and mitigate risks across business systems, information management, cyber security and operational processes, developing practical controls and improvement strategies that support business resilience and growth.
- Provide leadership across HSEQ activities, supporting compliance, continuous improvement and the effective implementation of safety, quality and environmental management systems across the business.

- Demonstrated experience leading business functions within an engineering, technical, project-based or professional services environment, including IT, Quality and/or HSE.
- Experience driving business improvement, transformation, systems implementation or operational excellence initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Proven leadership experience managing team priorities, workloads, stakeholder expectations and competing business demands within a complex operating environment.
- Strong understanding of business systems governance, process improvement, change management, data management, reporting, cyber security and information security principles.
- Experience supporting quality, HSE, audit, ISO accreditation and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements within a business or project environment.
- Excellent communication,



facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and translate business needs into practical process and system solutions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, HSE or a related discipline.
