Who we are

Our story began in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn't find a spot to keep the conversation going, so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people's everyday moments ever since and is now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world's largest Australian café chains.

The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group, a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of Thai-listed Minor International PCL.

- Café Allrounders who deliver warm service, take orders, handle transactions, and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Cooks who can prepare and serve meals to brand standards, with quality, consistency, and food safety at the forefront.
- Shift Supervisorswho can lead by example, coaching, supporting, and developing their team in a busy hospitality environment.
- Team players who are happy to support across front and back-of-house while maintaining a clean, protected, and organised workplace.
- Customer-focused individuals who set the standard, thrive under pressure, and create memorable moments for every guest.
- People who follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards to help keep our café safe and compliant.
