Full-Time Venue Manager – Black Dingo Café

We are located at Point Danger Lighthouse in Duranbah Beach right at the border QLD-NSW, with the best views on the coast!

About Us:

- Open 7 days a week: Mon - Sun 5am - 4pm
- We're a licensed venue, so NSW RSA and alcohol handling knowledge are required.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ideal candidates will excel in rostering and managing a team of 7-12 staff each day.
- The role is to oversee more of mid morning to afternoon operations.
- Inventory and stock control.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring top-tier service for every guest
- Energetic, motivated,



and passionate about hospitality and customer service in a fast paced and busy environment.
- Strong leadership that leads by example

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people and team management with ability to motivate, support and lead the team
- Friendly, approachable and respectful
- Builds a positive and strong team culture
- Handles issues calmly and professionally
- Organised, reliable and hands-on
- Weekends and public holidays availability is a MUST.
