Cup & Co Floreat is looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our busy full table-service café.

We are looking for someone with strong hospitality management experience who can confidently run the floor, lead a team and maintain a high standard of service throughout busy periods.

THE ROLE

- Managing the day-to-day café operation
- Leading and supervising the front-of-house team
- Managing a busy table-service floor
- Staff rostering, training and development
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Stock control and ordering
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous Café Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar management experience
- Strong table-service experience is essential
- Confident managing staff and busy services
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised and hands-on




- Weekend day availability is required

SALARY Starting from $73,000 per year, with a higher salary available depending on your experience and level of responsibility.
