We’re looking for an experienced and practical Carpenter / Supervisor to manage and deliver a range of insurance repair, maintenance and aged care works.
You’ll be responsible for
- Completing hands-on carpentry and general building works
- Supervising jobs from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and materials
- Managing multiple smaller projects and maintenance works
- Liaising professionally with clients, residents, and other stakeholders
- Completing site documentation, photos and job updates
- Identifying additional works and communicating requirements back to the team
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation and site safety
About you
You’ll ideally have
- Trade qualification in Carpentry
- Solid experience across residential, maintenance,
insurance or commercial works
- Experience supervising or leading jobs independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A skilled approach when working in occupied homes and aged care environments
- Current driver’s licence
- White Card
