Build Something Different – Join a Growing Tiny Home Manufacturer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing tiny home manufacturer based in Meadowbrook for a Carpenter or Carpentry Trade Assistant to join their workshop team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys carpentry, timber work, construction and building high-quality homes in a workshop environment.

About the Role

Working as part of the manufacturing team, you will be involved in the construction and fit-out of tiny homes and modular buildings. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- General carpentry and timber framing
- Measuring, cutting and installing timber
- Wall, floor and roof framing
- Using hand and power tools
- Installing doors, windows, flooring and internal finishes
- Assisting with cabinetry and fit-out work
- Reading plans and working from measurements
- General construction and workshop duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Working as part of a small, hands-on production team

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in producing quality work.

You will ideally have

- Experience in carpentry, construction, building or manufacturing
- Experience using hand and power tools




- Good measuring and basic problem-solving skills
- A strong eye for detail and quality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transport and the ability to get to the Meadowbrook workshop

For qualified Carpenters, relevant trade qualifications and experience in residential construction, framing or fit-outs will be highly regarded. For Trade Assistants, previous construction, carpentry, cabinet making, joinery or manufacturing experience is advantageous. Practical candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
