You’re an experienced and passionateQualified Early Childhood Educatorwho feels confident stepping into a room, building strong relationships quickly, and supporting high-quality practice from day one. You bring a calm, capable presence, love collaborating with teams, and are confident supporting children through their most important learning years (0–5).

You understand how to balance care, routines, and learning, and you’re someone services can rely on to jump in, support the team, and create engaging environments where children feel safe, settled, and inspired. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working with children aged 0–5 years in an approved early learning setting
- Minimum 1 year experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, with strong preference for experienced Diploma educators
- Confidence leading routines, supporting programming, and working across different age groups and rooms
- Ability to build rapport quickly with children, families, and centre teams
- Ability to provide 2 Recent industry-relevant, references (One of which is a Director or 2IC)
- Access to your own Car & Availability to travel up to 45 minutes to accept shifts

Qualifications (one or more of the following):

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (highly regarded)




- Certificate III In Early Childhood Education & Care(highly regarded)

Essential Compliance Requirements:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid HLTAID012 including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- DoFoodSafely Certificate
- GECCKO Child Safety Training – Completion of both the Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate and the Advanced Child Safety Training Certificate.
