Aon is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor or experienced HR Generalist to join the People Matters team on a 12-month Fixed-Term basis in Sydney or Melbourne. The role targets about 2 years in employee relations or HR generalist work, with flexibility for full time or part-time arrangements.
You will advise on policies, manage performance and investigations, support absence management, wellbeing, and change initiatives, while partnering with leaders to reduce risk and drive engagement.
