Job Description

Samaritans Homelessness Services (SHS), part of Newcastle Anglican, seeks a Team Leader to guide SHS staff across the Lower Hunter and Newcastle regions, ensuring trauma-informed, strengths-based practice for young people at risk of homelessness.

You will lead supervision, strengthen partnerships with DCJ and external providers, manage KPI reporting, and support staff development while aligning with funding requirements.
