Expression of Interest – Casual HR Administrations Officers The Workforce Operations team is seeking Expressions of Interest from our Supply School Officer pool who may be interested in undertaking casual administration work during our peak employee contracting period in November and December 2026.
You will largely be assisting with drafting, sending and following up employee contracts, assisting with other general admin duties in the People & Safety Team and ad-hoc reception cover.
The suitable applicants will assist with a range of administrative tasks associated with our employee contracting processes. This opportunity would suit staff who are organised,
detail-focused and comfortable working with systems and handling confidential employee information.
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Positive organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using computers and learning new programs and systems
- Ability to follow processes
