We are looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join the team supporting multiple stores across the Sunshine Coast region.

This casual position works across a rotating roster in our 6-day a week trading store (Monday - Saturday).

You will be responsible for:

- Providing knowledgeable advice and product solutions to trade and retail customers
- Handling all paint related enquiries, including tinting paint products and colour matching to customer requirements
- Inventory control/stock replenishment (manual handling up to 15kg involved)
- Taking orders in-store and by phone
- Building strong relationships with new and repeat customers
- Assisting with visual displays and store presentation
- Making local deliveries

What you will bring to the role:

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, inventory management or merchandising (desirable)
- Confidence using technology (Experience with Point of Sales systems advantageous)
- Sound numeracy skills and attention to detail,



including the ability to accurately process transactions and comprehend tint percentages/ratios
- The ability to follow processes, take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a practical, customer-focused approach.
- Trade experience is highly regarded

Requirements:

- Current valid driver's license
- Australian Working Rights
