Little Star Staffing is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director on behalf of our client, a well-established early childhood education and care service located in Sydney’s North West.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team, build strong relationships with families and contribute to the continued success of a quality ECEC service.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership across the service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care.

Your responsibilities will include

Leading, supporting and developing the educator team

Overseeing day-to-day centre operations

Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework

Supporting high-quality educational programs and practices

Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Supporting staff performance, professional development and team culture

Leading continuous improvement and contributing to the service's Quality Improvement Plan

Ensuring children's safety, wellbeing and inclusion remain at the centre of all decisions

About You

We are looking for a confident,



approachable and motivated early childhood leader with:

Previous experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director, 2IC or in a senior ECEC leadership role

Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF V2.0

Strong people leadership and communication skills

Experience supporting and developing educator teams

Confidence managing day-to-day operations and compliance A genuine commitment to children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills The ability to build respectful and positive relationships with families and educators A proactive approach to continuous improvement
