Chipmunks In The Woods is looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Burwood Early Learning Centre.

We are seeking a confident, organised and supportive leader who can build a positive team culture while ensuring the centre provides high-quality education and care for every child.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the centre.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and supporting the centre team
- Building a positive and professional team culture
- Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and Regulations
- Supporting high-quality educational programs and practices
- Managing staffing, rosters and daily operations
- Supporting recruitment and staff development
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Supporting enrolments and centre occupancy
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment
- Working closely with the Operations and Management Team

About You We are looking for someone who:




- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent
- Has previous leadership experience within an Early Learning Centre
- Has a strong understanding of the NQF and National Quality Standards
- Is confident leading, mentoring and supporting a team
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is passionate about providing high-quality education and care
- Holds a current Working with Children Check and required industry certifications
