We're looking for a Change Analyst to support a large-scale finance and procurement transformation program for a client in Not for Profit sector. Working alongside the Change Lead, you'll focus on delivering practical change activities that help people understand, adopt and embed recent processes and ways of working. ASAP start util June 2027 with potential extension on the contract. Brisbane CBD based with hybrid working.

About the role

- Support stakeholder engagement and change activities across the program

- Identify and document change impacts across different teams and roles

- Develop clear communications, presentations and change materials

- Coordinate change readiness, training and adoption activities

- Support the development of user-friendly digital change content and resources

- Work with stakeholders to understand concerns, impacts and readiness

- Help track and report on change activities and readiness

About you





- Previous experience as a Change Analyst or similar change-focused role for large IT related projects

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Experience developing change, communication and training materials

- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups and business areas

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities

- Experience in finance, procurement or enterprise systems transformation is highly desirable
