We are seeking experienced and reliable Ceiling Insulation Installers to carry out insulation installation work under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program – Ceiling Insulation Activity.

To install insulation products under the program’s ceiling insulation activity, the installer must hold a current Certified Insulation Installer (CII) certification issued by the Energy Efficiency Council (EEC).

What We’re Looking For

- Current EEC Certified Insulation Installer (CII) certification
- Experience installing ceiling insulation products
- Valuable understanding of safe insulation installation practices
- Ability to follow VEU program requirements and installation procedures
- Reliable, professional and quality-focused
- Own tools and suitable transport preferred




- Ability to complete required installation documentation and photographs
