Join a large government agency embarking on the implementation of a new, state-wide emergency management platform that will support incident coordination, information sharing, and operational response across multiple agencies and stakeholders. This highly visible transformation program will play a critical role in enhancing collaboration and decision-making during emergency events.

Your current role

As Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving change and adoption activities across a complex multi-stakeholder environment ahead of a planned April 2027 go-live. Working closely with project teams, vendors, government agencies and operational stakeholders, you will lead stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact assessments, training coordination, business readiness activities and adoption planning to ensure a successful transition to the new platform.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience delivering change management activities on large technology, digital or transformation programs




- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse business groups
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness activities
- Demonstrated success developing and delivering communication and training plans
- Experience working within government, emergency services, public safety or highly regulated environments is needed
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence outcomes across multiple agencies
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment with tight timeframes
