How will you contribute to our success?

- Crew management:
- Supervising crew coordinators in their day-to-day current functions such as the following below but not limited to:
- Planning and appointment of personnel to vessels in accordance with CSL procedures, agreed terms & conditions of employment as per CBA’s ("Collective Bargaining Agreement") and specified experience/ qualification requirements
- Crew change and rotation planning ensuring timely relief and effective cost management
- Performing full cycle recruitment for officers and shipboard personnel
- Ensuring that seafarers’ training requirements are met
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of the company’s shipboard personnel are available and maintained within the crewing system
