About the Role

n

n
- Providing exceptional customer service in our fishing department and assisting with other departments.
n




- Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
n
- Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
n
- Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
n
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
n
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
n
- Supporting in different departments across the store
n

Who We Are Looking For

n

- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products
n
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
n
- Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
n
- Knowledge in fishing is highly regarded.
n
- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
