Lead the Experience

This is more than a Front of House Manager role. It's an opportunity to help launch one of Australia's most exciting recent entertainment venues and create guest experiences people will remember.

n

As our Front of House Manager, you'll lead all food and beverage operations across bars, dining and events, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, driving service excellence and creating an energetic, guest-focused culture in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

We're looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on developing people, delivering outstanding service and driving operational performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading day-to-day front of house operations across bars, dining and events
n
- Building, coaching and developing a high-performing food and beverage team
n
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards
n




- Partnering with venue leaders to execute memorable events and functions
n
- Managing rostering, workforce planning and labour costs
n
- Monitoring operational performance and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
n
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and company standards
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience leading high-volume food and beverage operations

- Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams

- Experience managing labour, stock control and operational performance
n
- Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and hospitality compliance
n
- A hands-on leadership style and commitment to exceptional guest experiences

- The energy and enthusiasm to be part of an exciting new venue opening
