As our Manager | Property Management & Leasing, you'll play a pivitol leadership role responsible for driving the performance, growth and success of our Property Management and Leasing division. About the Role
As the Manager | Property Management & Leasing, you will be responsible for:
Leading and developing the Property Management and Leasing team
Optimising portfolio performance across vacancy, arrears,
leasing and maintenance metrics
Driving leasing strategies that improve occupancy and customer outcomes
Delivering exceptional service experiences for owners, investors and tenants
Implementing service improvements through customer insights and feedback
Managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance
Identifying efficiency opportunities and scalable operational improvements
Leading compliance, governance and risk management initiatives
About You
You'll be a highly capable property management professional who thrives on leadership, continuous improvement and delivering results.
To be successful, you will bring:
Full Queensland Real Estate Licence
Diploma of Property [Agency Management] or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice QLD
7+ years Property Management / Leasing experience
3+ years leadership experience managing leaders of senior staff
Strong working knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
