New Growth Care Group is seeking an HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding and employee relations at our Bentleigh East Head Office. You will own end-to-end HR processes, design progression pathways and report directly to the CEO in a hands-on, human-centred workplace.

This senior generalist role offers ownership, strategic input, and the chance to shape the people function across a small, mission-driven team while supporting SCHADS and Nurses Award considerations.
