About the role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Client Services Officer to join our friendly and supportive team based in our West Perth office. Reporting to the Support Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Advisory team, ensuring client service delivery is seamless, productive, and of the highest standard.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll be the backbone of the advisory team, supporting both clients and advisers through a range of administrative and service functions, including:

- Managing client service and administration tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all stages of the advice process
- Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, coordinating communications, and supporting implementation activities
- Maintaining and updating client data across systems such as Xplan and Xeppo, while ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and implementation of advice
- Coordinating workflows, tracking tasks, and contributing to process improvements across the business
- Assisting with general office operations and providing reception support when required

About you: You're a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You bring a client-first mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within the financial planning industry.

You will ideally have





- At least 2 years' experience in a client services or administrative role, preferably within financial planning, superannuation
- Familiarity with systems such as Xplan, Xeppo, Microsoft Office including Co-Pilot, Calendly, and DocuSign (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and accuracy
