We are looking for a Client Support Representative to join the team and be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and providing a high level of service from enquiry through to resolution.

What you’ll do?

- Act as a key point of contact for existing customers
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate freight requests and customer requirements
- Liaise with internal teams, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Track orders and provide customers with updates
- Resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding matters
- Assist with quotes, bookings and general account enquiries
- Support current customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate customer and CRM records
- Ensure customer requests are followed through from start to finish
- Provide practical and timely solutions to customer queries

What we’re looking for?

- Experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Account Coordination,



Administration or a similar role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple enquiries and priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple internal teams
- Experience within freight, transport or logistics will be highly regarded, but is not essential
