Reporting into the Clinical Manager you will work alongside other Clinical Nurses to lead a team of Registered Nurses and Carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a resident-centric culture within the home
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards and policies
- Care Planning & Reporting
- Education
Key Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Previous experience as CN or Senior RN in Aged Care
- Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care & NDIS Standards
- Strong Leadership Skills
