We have an excellent prospect for a Commercial Account Manager with Architectural & Design experience to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Architectural and Design community across Brisbane and surrounding regions, with occasional travel to Tweed Heads. You will be responsible for developing relationships, identifying project opportunities, and supporting the delivery of successful commercial flooring projects.

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional with experience working within the Architectural and Design sector. You will be confident building relationships with Architects, Designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders, while identifying specification opportunities and supporting projects through to completion.

Reporting to the Queensland State Manager and based in our Geebung office, you will ideally bring experience in commercial account management and the Architectural and Design market. Experience within the flooring industry will be highly regarded,



although applicants with strong relationship management skills and relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities-

- Grow and develop an established portfolio of commercial flooring contractors, Architects, and Interior Designers.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, industry influencers, senior stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify and develop specification opportunities through Architectural and Design networks.
- Deliver product presentations showcasing our flooring solutions.
- Manage projects from specification through to completion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Provide a high level of customer service and support.
- Analyse business and project data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Ensure customers receive service and support in line with company expectations.

About You-

- Proven experience in Commercial Account Management.
- Experience working with Architects, Designers, and commercial project stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good commercial awareness and analytical capability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flooring industry experience will be highly regarded.
