Our venues include MAYA, a Mexican rooftop and restaurant offering a vibrant Latin American dining experience, and IL MOLO, an Italian kitchen and bar situated on the Bulimba riverfront, providing contemporary Italian cuisine in a picturesque setting. Penelope, our new bistro, bar, and music den on James Street, inspired by European supper clubs and designed to offer an elevated dining experience.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and focused chefs to join our team.

The Applicant Must Be

- Capable of delivering a high-level product to create a positive guest experience
- Able to maintain excellent mise en place and manage your section autonomously




- Committed to developing a strong understanding of the restaurant’s concepts and menus
- Strong in communication with a positive attitude
- Curious for knowledge and growth
- Able to work well under pressure
- Willing to collaborate with other cooks in a team workplace
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chefs or the relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
- Dedicated and take pride in their work
- Appreciative of quality and pay close attention to detail

Pay: $35.15 – $55.15 per hour
