About Us When people talk about the Flying Doctor, thoughts generally turn to red-bellied planes undertaking rescue missions in the Outback. However, the current Victorian story is one that reflects today's challenges for people living in remote and rural communities across the state. While we do still transport people by air and by road, this work is complemented by a range of primary health services that address the most common issues people living in country Victoria face when accessing health care.

About the Role The Community Fundraising Coordinator will coordinate community fundraising campaigns, peer-to-peer initiatives, events and supporter engagement activities that inspire individuals, groups and organisations to support our mission. Working closely with fundraisers, volunteers, community groups and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver exceptional supporter experiences while driving fundraising outcomes across Victoria. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role that combines campaign coordination, stakeholder engagement and administration to support the growth of RFDS Victoria's community fundraising program.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Coordinate community fundraising campaigns, events and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
- Support participant engagement, communications, fundraising activities and supporter journeys.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fundraisers, volunteers, community groups and supporters.




- Manage fundraising enquiries and deliver exceptional supporter care across multiple channels.
- Coordinate fundraising resources, merchandise and campaign materials.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, fundraising administration and financial processes.
- Support community, regional and workplace fundraising activities across Victoria.
- Monitor campaign performance, contribute to reporting and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

To be successful, you will need:

- Experience in fundraising, community engagement, events, partnerships, marketing, customer service or project coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience supporting campaigns, events or engagement initiatives from planning through to delivery.
- Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining reliable data records.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check,



and the right to work in Australia.
