The position focuses on delivering a comprehensive social work service to children and families with complex disabilities, notably cerebral palsy, within a multidisciplinary team.
The role includes psychosocial assessments, specialist counselling, group work, psychoeducation and advocacy, with a leadership element in education programs and service development
