About the Role

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in mental health or disability support (essential)
- Proven experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities and complex/high-risk behaviours
- Demonstrated ability to apply trauma-informed and person-centred approaches in practice
- Relevant qualifications (or ongoing study) in Mental Health, Nursing or a related discipline

Requirements

- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Peg Feeding and Manual Handling certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver Licence and access to a vehicle
- Availability for consistent weekday morning shifts (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM)

Who We Are i-Help Disability Services delivers high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with disability, with a strong focus on complex care and mental health. We partner closely with participants, families and healthcare professionals to provide support that is responsive, coordinated and outcomes-focused. Our approach combines clinical oversight with compassionate, individualised care to ensure every person is supported to live with dignity, independence and connection.

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
