We are looking for experienced Contract Administrators to join OCSA's growing network of independent contractors. You will be engaged on a task-by-task or project basis, giving you the flexibility to take on work that fits your schedule and expertise — fully remote, from anywhere in Australia.
Given our current pipeline, candidates based in Queensland or with solid familiarity with Queensland civil construction projects and contracts will be highly regarded.

Additional responsibilities (senior engagements):

- Strong working knowledge of standard Australian construction contracts (AS2124, AS4000, ABIC or similar)
- Familiarity with the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (BCISPA)
- Excellent written communication skills — you'll be producing formal letters and submissions
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ABN required — this is a contractor engagement only

How it works Successful candidates will enter into a Services Agreement with OCSA confirming the terms of our working relationship.
