About the Role

Our Construction Supervisors are the backbone of our building operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient progress of each project. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in construction management to oversee the entire building process, from planning to completion.

You'll work closely with our team, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously (generally between 10-15 jobs at any one time), coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication throughout the building process.

About You

- Experienced Construction Professional or Motivated Tradie: We welcome applications from both experienced Construction Supervisors and skilled Carpenters or Bricklayers with a desire to transition into a supervisory role.
- Trade Qualification (Preferred): A trade qualification in Carpentry or Bricklaying is highly regarded.
- Strong Project Management Skills: You can oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent Communicator: You have robust verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Problem Solver & Decision Maker: You can quickly identify potential issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Relationship Builder: You have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise effectively, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in relevant software and comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
- Safety-Conscious: You have a solid commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for everyone on site.
