About us

We are a national multi-award winning paraplanning services company. Our services cover comprehensive financial modelling, product research and preparation of high-quality advice documents. We celebrated our 10th anniversary this July of quality and consistency.

Due to continuous work volume increase, we are now looking for experienced professional senior paraplanners to join our team (onshore candidates only). The position starts as a contractor and it will lead to a full time role for the right candidate.

Your new role

You will play a key position in supporting financial advisers through high quality, compliant, and timely paraplanning work.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting financial advisers with strategies formulation, product research and recommendation discussions.
- Preparation of high quality compliant advice documents not limited to Statement of Advice, Record of Advice, Strategy Paper etc., within fixed turnaround times.
- Data entry, modelling and advice document edit as part of the process.
- Consistently completing one request per day, subject to complexity.
- Applying your modelling & SoA writing experience in Plutosoft and AdviserLogic.
- Excellent knowledge of XPlan Xtools+/IPS/WS/Risk Researcher.
- Being fully contactable and responsive during business hours.

About you You are someone who brings both technical depth and professional maturity. You have:

To be successful: You will have at least 3+ years recent paraplanning experience in financial modelling and SoAs preparation, covering strategies across super, pension, insurance, investment, debt and retirement.

We are seeking individuals who already have a safety home office set up ready including dedicated and non-hazardous working space equipped with a PC (at least Windows 11 system), fast speed internet, 2+ computer monitors.

If you are available to commit to at least 12 months and be consistent with your availability for this role then you will be strongly prioritised. Please note this position is not suitable for candidates who are looking for after business hours or weekend work.
