Your New Company:

Join a well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial office, healthcare, laboratory and education projects across Sydney.

Your New Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site management of fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from commercial office upgrades through to specialist laboratory and education facility refurbishments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
- Driving program and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Managing site safety and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and subcontractor management
- Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Monitoring quality control and defect management processes
- Managing procurement, deliveries and site logistics
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting progress to the Project Manager




- Ensuring works are delivered within live and operational environments with minimal disruption

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Experience delivering office, healthcare, laboratory, education or institutional projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety requirements and quality processes
- Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills
- Ability to work within occupied and live environments
- Trade qualification or relevant construction background highly regarded
- Current White Card
- First Aid Certificate preferred
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
