Hours: Part Time - Mon - Thurs 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in dual temperature environments
- Cook and prepare pork products, including roasting and deep frying
- Operate deep fryers and other cooking equipment safely and confidently
- Assist with the preparation of meats for roasting; food handling experience is essential
- Monitor oil quality and temperature to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- General cleaning of facility to maintain a tidy and safe environment
- Remove & dispose of kitchen waste and recycling according to procedure
- Operate machinery and equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to maximise efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook, with hands-on experience working with oil, deep fryers, and similar cooking equipment
- Experience in food production and handling is essential
- Strong physical fitness and stamina
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm
- Ability to meet production targets in a quick-paced environment
- Great communication and teamwork skills
