Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Cook to join the small kitchen team at Rosa Italian in Coolum Beach.

You’ll prepare and cook meals, support service and jump in with dishes and kitchen cleaning as needed. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their food and is happy to help wherever the team needs them.

What you’ll be doing

- Prepare and cook meals to recipe and presentation standards
- Keep your prep organised and your section ready for service
- Work with the chefs to deliver consistent food and timely orders
- Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment as needed
- Help receive deliveries, rotate stock and reduce waste
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety and hygiene procedures

What we’re looking for

- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, café or similar kitchen
- Confidence preparing and cooking food during busy service
- Willingness to share dishwashing,



cleaning and general kitchen duties
- A reliable team player who communicates well and pitches in
- Robust food safety, organisation and preparation habits
- Pizza or pasta experience and cookery qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential
