About this role:

Mucha Kitchen is looking for a reliable, positive and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team in Ardross. This is a long-term position offering 30–45 hours per week.

We’re looking for someone to help with food preparation, cooking, plating, and general kitchen duties. Someone with a positive attitude, good work ethics, and is happy to pitch in and learn.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food according to instructions
- Wash, cut, portion and organise ingredients
- Prepare sauces, garnishes and other kitchen items
- Label, date and store food correctly
- Monitor stock levels and refill as needed
- Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Receive and organise deliveries
- Monitor food quality and freshness
- Maintain clean and hygienic work areas, equipment and storage
- Assist with dishes and other kitchen duties as needed

What we’re looking for:

- Previous kitchen or cooking experience is preferred, but training can be provided
- Reliable, punctual and organised




- A positive attitude and willingness to help
- Valuable work ethics and common sense
- Able to follow recipes and instructions
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good basic food-safety knowledge
- Available to work 30–45 hours per week
