THE ROLE The Creative Designer contributes to the management and execution of Homes Victoria's brand and develops creative design solutions to meet organisational needs. As part of the Creative team, you will be a subject matter expert on the Homes Victoria brand, working closely with the rest of the Communications and Engagement Branch to support the delivery of high-quality print and digital assets.
The purpose of the role is to support and build the vision, values and reputation of the organisation and deliver effective,
impactful and clear visual communications aligned to the objectives of Homes Victoria and appropriate to the various audiences we must connect with.
You will help prioritise and manage design briefs, maintain our asset and image library. You must be willing and able to work across an abundance of projects and manage your time efficiently. You will deliver work across all channels and types of collateral including web, socials, video and print.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
- Use the Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality assets, artwork and products for a range of print and online channels in accordance with the Victorian Government and Homes Victoria branding and visual style policies and guidelines.
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
