Our company (a foreign ADI) is seeking to establish a strong presence in the Australian market and is basing its Australian office in Brisbane CBD.
Role and Responsibility:
Working as a Credit Officer, you will be primarily responsible for preparing all lending applications with credit memorandum report for submission to management and loan account administration including maintaining clients' relationships. This role would suit existing credit analysts seeking to expand their responsibilities in a true entrepreneurial way. Specifically the duties will include:
- Maintaining valuable customer service with clients
- Conduct client's financials credit analysis
- Preparation of lending application documents with credit proposals for submission and reporting to the Credit Committee / Head Office
- Ensuring risk is mitigated in compliance with prudential standards and falls within bank policy and guidelines
- Preparing loan facility documents and relevant security documentation
- Liaise with valuers/solicitors
- Preparing loan status reports to monthly Credit Committee
- Credit portfolio management
- Monitoring and following up of credit exposure excesses & arrears
- Administrating and monitoring of each loan account
- Maintaining credit policy and procedures
- Debtor follow up
- Preparing monthly report to Head Office or APRA
Your experience and knowledge:
- Language skill - Proficiency in Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skills
- Team work player
- Strong analytical skills
- High problem solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $59,390.69 – $87,618.43 per year
