Salary: $65,228 - $70,740 per annum plus superannuation (PACCT Level 3.1-3.3, Victorian TAFE PACCT Staff Agreement 2025).

About the role The Customer Experience Officer is a critical first point of contact for Wodonga TAFE, responding to a broad range of enquiries across phone, email, web chat and face-to-face channels.

In this role, you will provide clear, accurate and professional advice to a diverse range of clients, supporting them from initial enquiry through to course application. You will play an important role in ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience while contributing insights to help improve engagement and service delivery.

The position works within the Community and Engagement Department and collaborates closely with training delivery teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation.

Selected Duties:

- Provide high-quality customer service, support, advice and information to current and prospective clients.
- Respond to enquiries across phone, email,



web chat and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage your own workload, priorities and time to meet service standards.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of course information, careers advice and Wodonga TAFE services.

About you

You will bring

Essential:

- Relevant Diploma, or suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to diverse audiences
- High levels of empathy, patience and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work with a level of autonomy

Desirable:

- 1 - 3 years’ recent experience providing administration services under a managed government funded VET training environment.

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

- A current National Police Check (issued within three months of commencement)
- A current Employee Working with Children Check (or evidence of application)
- A current driver's licence where required.
