Renowned for delivering high quality projects spanning first home buyer offerings, investor builds, and medium density developments, this market leader offers an exceptional workplace culture paired with a high degree of autonomy.

We are now recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to add to their successful team of professionals, based in either their central Sunshine Coast office or alternatively in their offices in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. This role focuses on customer service for their clients, guiding them through the build process, from the start of construction though to the hand over of their current home.

You will be the point of contact for clients, providing scheduled updates,



administration for customers projects, liaise with internal stakeholders on progress & changes, have the ability to build & maintain relationships, and ability to find solutions and resolve issues when they arise.

Our successful candidate will have previous experience within a residential builder in a similar position, have a strong customer focused approach and have superior communication skills.
