The Country Chef Bakery Co. is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at our Bells Creek facility on the Sunshine Coast.

About This Opportunity The Customer Service Officeris responsible for utilising The Country Chef Bakery Co systems to process customer orders accurately and on time, respond to customer enquiries, and work with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery and service expectations.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Accurately and promptly convert customer purchase orders into sales orders to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, delivery, transport, and pricing information in company systems.
- Respond to customer emails and phone enquiries promptly and professionally, investigating issues and communicating clear solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills to ensure workloads are prioritised and role expectations are consistently achieved.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues while demonstrating Country Chef’s values.
- Perform a range of administrative duties to support business operations.
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries using effective problem-solving skills and clear communication.
- Provide solutions that balance customer satisfaction with business requirements and company policies.
- Other duties as required.
About You
- Experience in a customer service, logistics, or high volume administration-based role is preferred but not essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience using an ERP system is preferred but not essential.
- Solid attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A process-driven approach with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
