Salary - $91,118 - $112,646 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Are you an experienced Physiotherapist ready to elevate your career and help others thrive? We're seeking a passionate clinician to step into the role of Clinical Supervisor.

What You'll Do

- Support your team: Provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues,
including those completing their EFS program and early-career therapists, ensuring they feel confident and capable in their roles.
n
- Drive clinical excellence: Champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by the leadership team.
n
- Foster professional growth: Facilitate learning and development activities that upskill the team and build capability.
n
- Achieve impactful results: Collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions for participant and team success.
n
- Be a role model: Promote Everyday Independence's values and Clinical Model to inspire your colleagues.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- Holds a degree in Physiotherapy and current general registration with AHPRA.
n
- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as a Physiotherapist.
n
- Brings strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
n
- Has experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is highly advantageous.
n
- Is committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
n
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and champions inclusive practices.
n
- Brings a solutions-focused mindset and a passion for achieving meaningful participant outcomes.
