Ox Engineering is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Salesperson to join our growing team in Canning Vale.

n

This role is responsible for managing customer parts enquiries from initial request through to quotation, order processing and fulfilment.

n

You'll work closely with customers, purchasing, stores and production to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, internal sales or salesadministration experience who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and keeping things moving.

The Role

n

As a Parts Salesperson, you'll be the key point of contact for customer parts enquiries and orders.

n

You'll prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate internally with purchasing, stores and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Receive and review customer parts enquiries and requests
n
- Prepare and issue customer quotations
n




- Review customer purchase orders and confirm pricing and lead times
n
- Raise and process accurate sales orders
n
- Create work orders and purchase orders to support customer requirements
n
- Coordinate with purchasing, stores and production teams to ensure timely fulfilment
n
- Monitor order progress and provide customers with updates
n
- Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries
n
- Communicate delays, shortages or changes to customers promptly
n
- Assist with resolving supply issues, damaged goods and order discrepancies
n
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
n

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service, internal sales, sales administration or similar experience
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Good computer and administrative skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
- Skilled and proactive approach to customer service
n
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments
n
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, mining, automotive or industrial industries
n
- Experience using ERP or business management systems
n
- Mechanical aptitude or technical product knowledge
n
- Parts interpreting experience
n
- Experience with the mineral or water well industry
n
