About the opportunity

As an Occupational Therapist withClearSky, you will support clients with a range of cognitive, physical,developmentaland psychosocial needs.



You will deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to build independence, functional capacity,participationand quality of life.

The role offers clinical variety and the opportunity to collaborate with clients, families, support networks, serviceprovidersand allied health colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Assessment and clinical support

- Deliver evidence-based, person-centredoccupational therapy assessments and interventions.
- Manage a caseload of NDIS and non-NDIS clients across community and clinic settings.
- Complete functional assessments and develop client-centredtherapy plans.
- Support people with cognitive, physical,developmentaland psychosocial disabilities.

Assistive technology and home modifications

- Assess and recommend assistive technology and equipment.
- Assess home and environmental modification requirements to improve safety,accessibilityand independence.
- Follow relevant assessment,prescriptionand documentation processes.

Capacity building and intervention

- Deliver interventions supporting activities of daily living and functional performance.
- Support fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, sensory processing and regulation.
- Build independence, lifeskillsand participation in the community.

Stakeholder engagement





- Represent clients andClearSkyin planning meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, health professionals,educatorsand funding stakeholders.
- Build professional relationships and advocate for positive client outcomes.

What we are looking for

Essential

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, oran equivalentrecognisedqualification.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- PreviousOccupational Therapy experience.
- Current Australian driverlicence.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage acaseloadand contribute within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients,familiesand service providers.
- Commitment to high-quality, person-centredservice delivery and productivity expectations.

Desirable

- Experience supporting NDIS participants or clients withdisability.
- Community-based Occupational Therapy experience.
- Experience with assistive technology, equipmentprescriptionor home modifications.
- Experience supporting people with complex functional needs.

Compliance requirements

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
