Gold Road Personnel are a West Perth based company, specialising in recruitment within the Mining & Resources sector.

On behalf on one of our clients, a highly respected blasting services company, we are seeking Drill & Blast Technical Support Specialists (1x Open Cut & 1 x UG) for permanent positions, supporting their clients in relation to Electronic Initiation Systems (EIS) at various mine sites throughout Western Australia.

Salary & other Advantages

- Permanent Positions
- These positions are offered on a FIFO roster from Perth, with the possibility of the roster being 5/2 or 8/6
- Work on a range of sites in WA
- Salary range between $160K - $180K + superannuation, depending on experience

About the Role

- Providing onsite support to clients at various WA mine sites




- Support with Electronic Blasting Systems or EIS
- Working closely with and supported by a Senior Engineer
- 1 x role servicing UG mine sites
- 1 x role servicing Open Cut Mine sites

Requirements to be considered for the roleA background in one or more of the following will be considered;

- 1 years + in a similar support role in UG or Open Cut
- UG or Surface Shot Firing experience, with string communication skills
- D&B; design or engineering background ideal but not essential
- A background in drill & blast training
