OVERNIGHT IN HOME CARE EDUCATOR – CASINO

30 HOURS EVERY WEEK | $41.60 PER HOUR | UP TO $750 SIGN-ON INCENTIVE

Northern Rivers Children’s Services (NRCS) is looking for an experienced, reliable and nurturing In Home Care Educator to support a family in Casino.

- Children: 6 and 11 years
- Sunday, Monday & Tuesday every week
- 9:00pm – 7:00am (this is an overnight shift, bed and space will be provided)
- 30 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator seeking consistent overnight work with a regular family. About In Home Care In Home Care provides adaptable early childhood education and care for eligible families who are unable to access suitable mainstream childcare. Educators provide personalised, nurturing care in the family home, supporting children’s learning, development, wellbeing and individual needs in a familiar environment.

UP TO $750 SIGN-ON INCENTIVE

As part of our current recruitment campaign, new educators may be eligible for up to $750 through our Sign-On Incentive Program. The incentive is paid after three months of active engagement and is subject to eligibility criteria and the NRCS In Home Care Sign-On Incentive Terms and Conditions. Available to new NRCS In Home Care educators only.



Not available to existing educators or educators who have previously been engaged with NRCS and subsequently return.

Prerequisites

Applicants must have:

Min Certificate III in Children’s Services (ACECQA approved) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate in a childcare setting

WWCC

Police Clearance less than 6 months old

Medical Clearance

Child Protection Training (refresher required every 2 years)

Foundation Training 1, 2, 3, 4

ABN – this role is for a self-employed contractor

Photo ID

PRODA RA (assistance provided)

Be over 18 years of age

Reliable car and current driver’s licence

Public Liability Insurance (required once successfully placed)
