We are hiring 12 drone pilots for our fleet servicing agricultural spraying and solar farm cleaning contracts nationwide.
You'll be flying a fleet ranging 7kg to 150kg, working from our Adelaide base with regular rotations to sites across the country.
What You'll Actually Do
- Fly scheduled spraying and cleaning jobs to spec, on time, and to the client's site plan
- Run pre-flight and post-flight checks on your aircraft every job, every day
- Log flight hours, faults, and maintenance issues back to the Chief Maintenance Controller
- Adapt to changing conditions on site, weather, terrain, airspace, without cutting corners on safety
- Work independently on remote deployments while staying in constant contact with base
Who We're After
- Current RePL (Remote Pilot Licence) and at least 1 year of FTE experience flying in sub-25kg category
- Minimum 100 hours logged flight time in the last 2 years.
- Most recent flight within the last 3 months.
- Comfortable & knowledgeable with DJI systems
- Fast learner on unique airframe
- Have a decent understanding of internal workings of drones (you will be required to perform minor emergency repairs on site).
- Physically capable of remote fieldwork: long days, variable weather, hands-on ground handling, back-to-back days of driving
- Australian citizen with full right to work, valid driver's licence

Pay: $65,813.31 – $119,558.66 per year
