Bathshack is looking for an E-Commerce Web and Data Administrator to join our eCommerce team in Coleraine. This permanent role is responsible for maintaining accurate, high-quality product and website data across our e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on data cleansing, Excel-based reporting and day-to-day web administration.

What You'll Be Doing

- Maintaining and updating product content across BathShack.com, eBay, B&Q;, and various other marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency

- Cleansing, auditing, and correcting product and pricing data to maintain a high standard of data quality across all platforms

- Managing and optimising product listings, pricing, and promotions using Shopify

- Assisting in processing orders via company websites, eBay, and other marketplaces

- Identifying and flagging data inconsistencies or gaps, and working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve them

A Bit About You

- 2 years' experience in an E-Commerce business

- Experience using Shopify (or another major e-commerce CMS)

- Solid Excel skills, including data cleansing and large data sets

- Strong organisational skills and excellent problem-solving abilities

- GCSE English / Maths

It would be great if you have

- Experience with Google Merchant Center / product feed management

- Experience selling across multiple marketplaces (eBay, B&Q;)

- Experience working with an ERP system (e.g. Acumatica)
