About the role

You will be responsible for counselling onshore and offshore students, managing admissions and applications, supporting student visa processes,



and building strong relationships with students, education providers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

- Counsel onshore and offshore students on Australian universities, RTOs, colleges, courses, and career pathways
- Manage admissions, course changes, offers, COEs, and application documentation
- Assist with Student Visa (Subclass 500) applications and GS/GTE assessments
- Coordinate with students, education providers, and migration agents to ensure smooth application processing
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve enrolment and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely student follow-ups

About you

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor, preferably in an education or migration consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Australian education and student visa processes
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, proactive, organised, and student-focused, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
