? About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Educators to join our team on a part time basis for two brand new rooms opening due to our exciting centre extension. Our centre operates from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, providing a wonderful routine for our community.

As an Educator, you will:

- Deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences inspired by our stunning natural playscapes and outdoor environments

- Build strong, genuine connections with children, families, and your fellow educators

- Observe, document, and plan for children's learning and developmental milestones

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our indoor and outdoor spaces

- Collaborate closely with your room team to support smooth daily routines and transitions

? You'll Need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Relevant prior experience in an early childhood setting

- First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)

- Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)

- Completed Child Protection training

- Availability to work five days per week across all rotating shifts including opens, closes, and lunch cover.
